going to start going to bed at 8:30 PM and waking up at 5:00 to run. tired of feeling tired, tired of the day feeling monotonous, tired of having suicidal thoughts 24/7.

As someone who used to regularly go to bed at 3am, going to bed early and waking up early is like adding an eighth day onto your week.
