So far I've obtained & uploaded Oct. 11 White House reports for GA, KS, MD, ME, PA, VT, WA. VT fell out of the green zone this week. Report: "Clusters were detected in the National Guard and among migrant agricultural workers."
Maine is in the yellow zone for cases, yet hospital bed & ICU utilization in Bangor "appears to be" above 90%. Overall Maine performing "exceedingly well," White House says
