        So far I've obtained & uploaded Oct. 11 White House reports for GA, KS, MD, ME, PA, VT, WA. VT fell out of the green zone this week. Report: "Clusters were detected in the National Guard and among migrant agricultural workers."

        Please note, as it says on the screenshot of the first Tweet of this thread, the White House's zones/rankings for new cases are based on new cases * per 100,000 residents * , not absolute case numbers.
