I think the story pretty well outlines the balance here: trying to find something that works for adults but doesn't initiate teen smoking. (Also, the story notes the concerns about said moral panic. Part of presenting both sides.)

Did you even look at the actual numbers from Truth's survey? If 75% of the surveyed youth don't even *recognize* the product, and 90% haven't tried it even once, I have to agree with

Journalists who are concerned about youth initiation of vapor products should stop perpetuating the idea that "juuling," or vaping, for that matter, is widespread among young people - especially those who have never smoke/would never smoke.
