Pretty unusual, yes, but the renaissance model is an interesting compromise on pure charters/pure district schools. Surprised it didn't get more coverage during his tenure. What do you think?

and why didn't this get coverage earlier? @rouhanifard is a modest guy and didn't want national coverage to distract from the work he was doing, but i've been watching this story from the start.
