@kzernike so some black kids are doing good in charter schools but those should be shut down bc it isn't fair to those that aren't?
moratorium doesn't mean shutting down existing schools. They ask for pause in new schools.

but why pause something that is working for some kids? We can't fix everything at once but it's making a difference for some.
