      the study is actually 1 years old, but the data is from 2011. Current avail data shows charters doing slightly bettr

      yes that is what CREDOs 2015 Urban charter report says.

      I think CREDO would tell you they don't have data past 2011, and little to suggest improvement. Worth a call!

          their latest available data is 2011-12. That data shows Charters in Detroit are slighter better than TPS.
