This seems like a clear violation of his oath of office— to uphold the constitution. At what point does this stuff become impeachable offenses?

This by itself is impeachable.

It should be, but as long as the Republican Senate continues to protect him impeachment is unlikely. I hope they are all kicked out in 2020!

It is as clear an impeachable offense as you can have. He’s actively subverting what he swore under oath that he would do: faithfully execute and uphold the laws of the US. He must be removed from office.

Trump told people at his 2016 rally he would pay their legal defenses if they harmed the in-house protesters. Those who took him at his word found out that Trump lied about paying for their defense. Guess he could not find a way to have his Foundation pay as had been his custom
