At the debate, Trump referenced Strzok's notes, accusing Biden of initiating "the idea for the Logan Act against General Flynn." But the FBI began discussing the Logan Act in relation to Flynn on Jan. 4. So Trump's timeline doesn't match up with the Oval Office meeting.
