Friend, yes it is sexism and racism! Society is blind to these privileges except for those of us that are impacted by them.

I totally agree that played a significant role in the decision . Society is so blind to this privilege on a daily basis except for those of us that suffer the consequences.

“It is hard to see how the Supreme Court could rule against the LGBTQ workers in these new cases without upending decades of established law.” —. Read our Legal Director’s op-ed on how these Title VII cases could have wider consequences.

I cannot believe the decision of the Court and would agree there is bias at play. I stand with Caster Semenya, she should be allowed to compete.

The mediocrity is astounding. How would these guys like it if Gov was 80% female, constantly looking for ways to limit or outlaw condoms + vasectomies, yet had little/no medical context? Sounds crazy? The flipside is what women & LGBTQ+ people have to deal w/ ALL the time. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I’m not sure most people understand how devastating a bad ruling in the Title VII cases would be for all sex discrimination claims. The leading argument for restricting coverage is that Title VII doesn’t really mean that gender has to be irrelevant in employment decisions.
