    I totally agree that played a significant role in the decision . Society is so blind to this privilege on a daily basis except for those of us that suffer the consequences.

    The disparate treatment of Caster Semenya is so painfully hypocritical. Similarly situated white women & male athletes have been applauded, not targeted.

    I cannot believe the decision of the Court and would agree there is bias at play. I stand with Caster Semenya, she should be allowed to compete.

    "There is no justification for this intrusive and unworkable policy, which targets Caster based on racist and sexist stereotypes."- We stand by Caster Semenya, and her right to compete in the sport she's dedicated her life to.

    The mediocrity is astounding. How would these guys like it if Gov was 80% female, constantly looking for ways to limit or outlaw condoms + vasectomies, yet had little/no medical context? Sounds crazy? The flipside is what women & LGBTQ+ people have to deal w/ ALL the time. 🤦🏽‍♀️

    I’m not sure most people understand how devastating a bad ruling in the Title VII cases would be for all sex discrimination claims. The leading argument for restricting coverage is that Title VII doesn’t really mean that gender has to be irrelevant in employment decisions.

    National Guards will continue to allow Transgender people to serve in spite of . This trans must continue to show what is the right thing to do for humankind. It’s about people. Not politics.

    This is extremely important for all . We all should have the same worker protections. Finally, this issue will be heard by the Supreme Court.
