    When animals ingest plastic waste, it can block their digestive tracts, which may result to them starving to death. This is why in June 2020 we banned the use of single-use plastics in all our protected areas including National Parks, in Kenya. 🇰🇪

    Fun fact: Leopards communicate with each other through distinctive calls. For instance, when a male wants to make another leopard aware of his presence, he’ll make a hoarse cough. They also growl when angry and, like domestic cats, purr when happy and relaxed.
