Y’all REFUSE to be a safe haven for your children on some “the real world won’t coddle them” bullshit. Of course it won’t, that’s why they need to learn what love looks like so they can recognize when they’re being treated badly. Don’t normalize pain and disappointment.

Even after moving out & being on my own, there's solace at mom's. It'll always be home.I don't think there's anything wrong with feeling safe at Mom's no matter how old you are. She's not my therapist but she's pretty damn close. I don't think that's a bad thing. I'm so grateful
