I am sorry. They can be cooked/baked into something but even frittatas or quiches get at me wrong.

- sometimes it’s worth paying up for quality ingredients (e.g. hodo tofu) but sometimes it doesn’t matter (e.g. canned chickpeas). use your judgment - learn a little food science, what acids and bases and salt and sugar and heat do in different circumstances
