    For apparel brand Constantly Varied Gear, we built a landing page for their "face-off" sale. Two products launch together, whichever sells the least in 24 hours is eliminated forever, the other stays. A timer creates urgency and a progress bar shows which is winning.

    Don’t even remember saying this but it‘s true. I talked to a founder yesterday who was doing 6M in Amazon sales on a patented product. After 8,000 counterfeits and 5M in lost sales over the past year, he’s finally selling the company at a fraction of the size it once was.

    DecalGirl's product detail pages are smart. I especially like the dynamic elements added to the bullet description: reviews & shipping times. Both are important objection busters for thoughts like "will this stuff suck?" and "will I get this stuff before I forget I ordered it?"

    Currently I'm sitting in on a big client's SMS walkthrough from and its sweet. Compliance is the barrier to entry with SMS; it's clear they paid extra attention to maintaining and communicating compliance.

    TIL if you run multiple sets of structured data in your Shopify theme, Google is smart enough to pick whichever set of data is best on a page and ignore the rest. For example, if your reviews app & your SEO app add overlapping structured data, don't panic, Google sorts it out.
