Interesting my son has epilepsy and sometimes flashes of light seem to cause them as do too much tv or video games.
After a 3 month investigation, the FBI this morning arrested the man who assaulted me using a strobe on twitter that triggered a seizure.

FYI, TV or video games in an otherwise dark room are particularly dangerous.

Out of curiosity, if this is an easy way to trigger siezures 4 U, why not disable animaged GIFs or videos from your twitter?
