People are saying this is just more testing. No, it's not. We're still way low on testing. You can tell by cases per million. We're at 18.4. UK, which also isnt testing well, is at 28.8 Ones testing well: 111.8 to 314.8. Our data most likely at least 1/6 of actual US numbers.

These are not growing numbers of infections. It's the numbers already here being slowly revealed through increased testing.
