The curves you're drawing are so smooth. Are there brush settings that help with smoother arcs and curves, or is this just from practice and experience?

The brushes in Procreate have a 'streamline' setting that removes a lot of the jitter. That, plus the artist's confidence in where they want to draw = super smooth lines! :)
