    3 months later, I'm still blown away by this. It's life changing in the best of ways, y'all. You also learn to not take this for granted if you've been bitten in the past which is probably a good thing. 😬

    Actually liking your job has such a massive overall positive impact on your life. I'm still totally blown away by this.

    This is a terrible thing that has been happening. Mia does good, important work and this is a brilliant idea she has dreamed up in response to the terrible thing. Give a little or give a lot if you can. And definitely share.

    So...this super-stressful, racist shit has been happening for the last year that I haven't talked about, but now I have a chance to push back in a badass way and I wonder if anyone wants to help? Not sure this is really possible, but I'ma try.

    Oo I like this! I think this is a good idea for all teams whether in office or remote. So hard to remember which decisions were made and why especially over long periods of time

    one of my favorite traditions is "gavel doc" as a way of finding out how a decision was made. it lists stakeholders, alternatives considered, and lists outcomes clearly. I never feel afraid of missing something important just because it happened in SF without me.

    This ep of with was so inspiring. She set an early goal to become a CEO, mapped it out & persevered until she made it. As a fellow planner (but often risk-adverse) it was eye-opening to hear how necessary risk-tasking is.

    I’ve been reminded in these last few weeks of how much I enjoy coding and that I’m actually good at it (!). I think it’s easy to lose sight of that over time and starting fresh has been great for my productivity & confidence in my abilities 🙂
