    ST. PAUL: **Multiple victims shot** - 7xx Jessie St. - Police responding to a shooting with at least three victims reported. Two victims are unresponsive and a 9-year-old child has multiple gunshot wounds but was conscious and breathing. A perimeter is set in the area.

    Jory Weibrand pleads guilty to 5 cases of criminal sexual assault in Minneapolis - these dating back to 2015. They were random attacks, didn’t know female victims. Sentencing March 11th. More cases but they were dismissed as part of the guilty plea deal.
