We just hired Founder Associate #3 and Founder Associate #4, and I can't wait for them to start.

At VidSummit today, told that his six-person thumbnail team makes around 20 different versions per video. They plan what the thumbnail will be BEFORE they film the video. He also sends versions to close friends to measure which one to use #VidSummit2022

Appealed, submitted picture proof, got rejected.
Process seems broken / fraud. Host getting free home improvements.
Anyone here experienced this? Any tips?
