Doesn't that have to jive with the DNC? We faced problems with states moving up primaries in 08 and Florida & MI got tossed

I doubt it'll be a problem. This just moves CA up to Super Tuesday, leaving the (unfortunate) privileged status of IA, NV, NH and SC intact.
