@Graniteprof yes, nays were Carson and Boutin. Soucy had to take her dad to an appt and wasn't back on time for the vote

@Graniteprof I'm hearing Cataldo may be the only Republican to vote for repeal. But I'm personally not sure where Odell and Sanborn are.
