@kronayne I'm a master tranferrer...picking up from hold though? Doomed.
I've been at my job for nearly a year, and I still can't manage to transfer calls properly on the first try.

@Julia_Ingersoll I put my phone on hold while I tried to transfer, and I was unable to transfer the call or take it off of hold.#struggle
