.@GavinNewsom says the state is putting together "detailed plans" on beginning to reopen/move away from the stay at home orders. Says they'll be made public "very, very soon"
He adds the state spoke with Apple this morning on their newly proposed contract tracing technology. "That is also part of the planning exercise as we see some light and we see a future where we're not all permanently" under stay at home order
The question is whether he’ll announce a date and I don’t see how he can until cases flatten. But he’s got people much smarter than me advising him, thankfully.
