Would love to learn about the occupancy rates of other complexes this company has built. I don't see how they're viable on any campus, and it feels like they're getting more and more popular (hey @SamOgozalek here's a free story idea)
There is a proliferation of these luxury apartments around the SU campus and they only serve one type of student.
