    Dear every media org doing this now, Imagine if you had done so when your employees advocated for it years ago. Imagine being proactive, not reactive. Imagine actually caring, vs. caring about appearances.

    I pet Walt. He was adopted from @WPR_PetRescue. He is a yellow lab, Brittany spaniel mix who is 9 years old. I met Walt when he walked to school. The kids thought he was adorable. Walt is funny and likes to beg for food.
