Guangdong Coast Guard caught a fast boat on Aug 23, arresting some 10 people on suspicion of “unlawfully crossing boarder.” The news was only released 3 days later. The location was not far outside Hong Kong. This raised eyebrows over who were on the boat and their treatment.
