Yes, when you are explicitly representing your company's interest as a member of a governing body, and the makeup of TOCs are, by charter, regulated such that you cannot wear an individual hat (your employer is a factor in your eligibility to remain on the TOC)...pic.twitter.com/dMWReTuZLg
