Is this a strategy or a one off? That if a reporter asks straightforward, factual questions about what’s true and false they attack him personally as well as his organisation and try to undermine his credibility and independence. It’s a moment worth noting.

Were it commercial there'd be legal grounds to refer CCHQ's fake
#FactCheckuk to The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) The Broadcast Committee of Advertising Practice (BCAP) as it would breach Rules 3.1, 3.2, 3.5 & 3.7 of the Code, i.e. a wilful and malicious act to mislead. -
Political parties have failed to give the Electoral Commission the teeth it needs for this era. One of many areas in which reform is already overdue.
