Dr. Diaz was never an emotional person for me. But earlier she told us that she knew how hard it is for the rest of us to meet the expectations of the Faculties and that she felt sorry bcos we don't deserve all these distress and hate.

To be fair, almost everyone in PNU is pressured for this Accreditation. It's like a make or break for different programs offered by the University. And ofc, everyone wants to pass. Thus, the bad temper and nasty comments of ppl to and fro.

Dr. Diaz, our Vice President for Research, Planning and Quality Assurance, called us for a close door meeting. There were four of us. All young. All new to the admin business and PNU. All too pure but pressured by work loads for the upcoming Accreditation.

What happened earlier was a sight to see.
