    Our "Conversations" program for individuals with memory disorders & their caregivers is designed as a forum for dialogue and connection through art & music. A new study shows that art may provide measurable cognitive and physiological benefits to those with memory disorders.

    A study closely followed 25 participants of the Art and Dementia program at National Gallery of Australia in Canberra, finding that art helps balance cortisol levels and decrease "sundowning.”
