I don’t see that literally anywhere in the policy.

Huh my mistake then, I thought it was in there. Maybe I saw a Creator Insider video or a twitter response to it then. Either way, private videos don't affect watchtime. It has to be public or unlisted.

Either way, it's technically apart of it, just not made clear

I don’t see how “not included at all in their tos” and written in some tweets (with a different context) is “technically included” but the intellectuals are out in full swing tonight

The channel had videos 2 months ago and has consistently streamed since. Try again. You’ll get it soon.

Looking to the terms of service it seems that this 6-month video and activity has been around since the change to 4000 watch hours and 1000 subscribers but they don't make it clear what provides the activity whether may be streaming but then deleting the videos actually (1/3)

count towards it or not, or if deleted videos actually count towards activity after they are removed, its not clear if they must be public videos still in order for it to count as activity or whether without any public videos it counts as the channel has been inactive (2/3)

for longer than 6 months.... either way, shit hasn't been made clear, and YouTube may have seen no videos on his channel and assumed that he has been inactive for a long enough time to remove his monetization (3/3)
