    This editorial was idiotic when first published last week. Still is. Why decry a vaccine mandate for getting burgers in NYC when every American has always had numerous vaccine “passports” to get a public education? This is anti-fax drivel of conspiracy whack jobs, not the WSJ.

    The modern progressive speaks the language of high-minded purpose but always ends with coercion. New York’s mayor, Bill de Blasio, will punish you until you get the Covid-19 shot.

    There is little more frustrating than having a kid who’s unable to get vaccinated be put at greater risk by adults who simply refuse to get vaccinated. I get that covid is likely endemic now, and for our lifetimes, but so much callous dismissal of the social contract is stunning
