I would say the majority are not wearing masks and even if they are young and more immune to the virus, they still are a source to the old and weak as a carrier. Its selfish and irresponsible to all the hard work Korea has done to control it and can easily bring a 2nd wave

If this doesn't lead to a second wave it would give me alot of hope for a successful reopening in America cuz that's definitely not anything close to social distancing. Maybe all it takes is for everyone to wear masks.

Extending social distancing? Why? It's purely cosmetic window-dressing at this stage, nobody is taking any precautions any more. The case numbers are encouraging, regardless, so hopefully it sticks. A second wave would be catastrophic, and so deflating.
