"Human rights" weren't developed by white people. The Universal Declaration was actually authored by PC Chang, and the ICCPR and ICESCR were debated in the post-colonial context. If anything, Human Rights, at its core, was a response to (white) colonialism & oppression.

Well, sure. Any civilization also had rights charters. In my part of the world, even the Buginese had their own code endowing rights to prisoners, for example. But no, none of those you mentioned are conceptually like human rights that we know now

Do I really have to point out the difference between "All men are created equal" and "All human beings are born free and equal in their dignity and rights"?

First of all, Human Rights actually recognizes that "all men" [sic] are NOT "created equal" [sic]. They are only equal in their dignity and rights. We are all, in fact, born into different circumstances which make us unequal. It is a very important recognition.
