"Human rights" weren't developed by white people. The Universal Declaration was actually authored by PC Chang, and the ICCPR and ICESCR were debated in the post-colonial context. If anything, Human Rights, at its core, was a response to (white) colonialism & oppression.

Well, sure. Any civilization also had rights charters. In my part of the world, even the Buginese had their own code endowing rights to prisoners, for example. But no, none of those you mentioned are conceptually like human rights that we know now

.. and no, White Europeans do not have the monopoly on civility. In spite of the codes and documents that you cited, Europe continued to be mired in endless tribalist wars and religious bloodshed for centuries, while other civilizations prospered.

All that bloodshed was why those documents were produced - and later ignored - in the first place. Just like Human Rights today, supposedly a 'never again' pact arising from the horrors of WW II, that people like you are touting as the crowning achievement of the white race.
