I'd happily pay $1350 to never again have to deal with the particularly nasty plane of hell known as Acer technical support
MacBook $1700: poor keyboard, repaired once and need now again in 2 years since new. Acer Chromebook R11 $350: 3years later still a great keyboard.

I've only contacted Acer's support once when I still was at univ. My call got routed from Sweden to their support center in Germany. The support technician was the older brother of my flatmate! True story, what are the odds?! I got great service :)
