    At the root signing ceremony we decommissioned one of the HSM. We first made sure it’s tamper detection kicked in.

    Anybody who thinks it's justified to weaken encryption needs to see this signing ceremony. Perhaps then a tweak of recognition as to how important encryption is to trust in digital.

    tl;dr - it appears AS47598's traffic (Khersontelecom, UA) was in some way sucked up by AS12389 (Rostelecom, RU) via AS201776 (Miranda, Russian controlled in Crimea). This isn't even solved by RPKI ROV - we need AS_PATH Verification ASAP.

    I do think that people are really underestimating the risk in a post-Roe world that ad tech poses to women. It isn't just Law Enforcement has an easier time accessing your phone than your home and it isn't just data brokers. States now have private-citizen bounties, remember?

    We generally use the following numbers; 900-1250 for FTTH civil works 40 for ONT 10Gbps 50-100 for modem/wifi (Le box francaise may be a bit more) 20-40 per 10Gbps port/sub at the PoP location (XGSPON vs P2P) 4mbps traffic, over provision at 10-20 mbps for gowth reduncancy
