Reading DreamerV3 paper right now. Why is "fixed hyperparameters" a holy grail in RL? I get that it's more energy efficient + cooler that one set of numbers can do multiple sets of tasks but biologically the human brain builds, updates, and deletes neurons (parameters) constantly
