That is definitely an "us" problem and not a Blizz problem, though. We should probably rely on build-uid vs build-name to figure out what this build is for. :D
This build originally failed to publish due to Gremlins, which sometimes leaves cruft behind blocking the pipes, rather than waste an engineers time on a once in a thousand failure, just side stepped around the blockage as the publish tool is the only thing that cared about name.
