So fun fact, the 'patch service' is long deprecated, it's not what the http://B.Net app is checking so this updating has always continued on just because. It not updating now has had no effect on EU users downloading the new client. Good call out though!

I'm sure it felt good getting rid of that. :D Will move everything over on our end too then, up until recently I recall the WoW clients still using those endpoints so I was assuming it wasn't entirely deprecated just yet. Good to know it is now. Thanks for the responses!
