Thank you an amazing conference and I really loved attending this year's #ReactFinland live in Helsinki! The sessions were really good and looking forward to coming again in the future! I enjoyed catching up with friends and making new ones!

One of the first things I tell every boss, and include in every office “about me” section is that I knit, sew, or do some other stimming activity so that I can stay present. If I’m not doing something with my hands and the part of my mind that wanders, I am not paying attention.

So, it is vital that neurotypical folk recognise ADHD stimming behaviours and factor them in at work.
I have been constantly chided for being "unprofessional" by employers for qualities that are just normal ADHD behaviours.
I can out perform everyone if allowed to.
