Some sage advice from on debunking the current stream of thought that fighting inflation through wage repression helps workers. Bankers are the ones who hate unexpected inflation because they get paid back with deflated dollars.

Some policy solutions include expanding SNAP outreach & increasing SNAP benefits amounts, approving the expanded CTC, & bolstering emergency supports like charitable food to reach families who can’t meet their food needs today. read more: urbn.is/3yGVyyc (9/done)

Inflation is just one factor that influences families’ budgets. High inflation coincides w/ decreases in benefits (CTC, SNAP emer. allotments, enhanced UI) that could help families cope w/ rising prices; meaning families have fewer resources to cope w/ increasing prices (7/x)
