To clarify, in the "Get a custom URL" box, you'll see the custom URL(s) you've been approved for. You can't change the part in the gray box, but you may need to add a few letters or numbers to make the URL unique to you.

Yes and thats why I was adding the extra "h" in the white box. This has worked previously but I lost my custom url when I made my channel a brand channel so I am just trying to get it back since it still isn't used (as seen in this image).pic.twitter.com/4Zp9iPU9pd
