So @PayPal is as useless as everyone's told me when you try to contest fraudulent charges. I report a batch of unauthorized charges; they reject the dispute since "the charges were pre-authorized." Someone send them a dictionary with a bookmark at "fraud," would you? @AskPayPal

I think the fact that someone sent a tweet response shows that some people in the company does care. Just not enough. Seems to be the same problem with YouTube Crappy costumer service
