Granted, everything we know about the NY/NJ outbreak before testing kicked in is an estimate. It just hurts my brain to see people talking about the demographics of a "New York style outbreak" when we don't have solid data about the beginning of that curve.

We had it soon after it was wide spread in Wuhan. Probably January. I remember lots of "flu" that was negative for A and B.
