Scotland gets a disproportionately higher voice than anyone else. 6 mln Scots = 59 seats. 65 million English and Welsh = 591 seats.

Think you'll find that's about right. That is about x10. Also population is very spread outside the central belt.

No, you get more MPs per head of population. But the UK Government spends about £240 per head more on Scots than the English and Welsh.
