How is this not a poll tax?
So Florida passed a poll tax. I though John Roberts said racism was over in America.
Isn't that in essence a poll tax? Then why not require everyone with financial obligations pay up if they want to vote?
Well this will end up at the Supreme Court.
Maybe, maybe not. There's a chance-a chance- of Florida supreme Court will strike it down on state law grounds. If that happens, supreme Court won't get involved.
