Another Georgia State freshman, Nicholas Perry, was incorrectly told he had to cast a provisional ballot. Perry is a first time voter and said he wasn’t aware that a provisional ballot would be automatically counted

Jermaine Noble and Nicholas Perry were forced to cast provisional ballots (still unclear why). Poll workers didn’t explain what a provisional ballot means. Tell people to call from the voting location. Not to wait until they get home. If they are a U.S. citizen over the age of 18, have registered in their state of residence and are still breathing, they have an absolute Right to vote.
