    I think that this is doable with the technology we have today and would cost about as much as a single large statewide recount. Congress must decide that this would be a huge win for trustworthy elections in 2020 and mandate and fund the RLA for this single federal race. 7/9

    A nationwide RLA (1) is the only way to objectively prove to a candidate that they lost, (2) will detect foreign or domestic interference, and (3) will create evidence about the veracity of outcomes for thousands of other down-ballot races. 6/9

    I was asked what my call-to-arms was for the 2020 election, given that our R&D will take years to impact voting machines in the U.S.A. unless there is a catastrophe in 2020 and Congress seriously evolves its attitude about elections integrity. Here it is... 4/9
