Pollster @FrankLuntz explains why the political polling industry is "done" if Donald Trump defies the experts and ekes out another win.http://www.ora.tv/politicking/2020/10/28/pollster-frank-luntz-if-trump-defies-polls-again-the-polling-industry-is-done-0_36lw80mss1e2 …

Republican pollsters says never trust polling again even though his party advanced the most widespread voter suppression campaign in history...

How can you Accurately predict an outcome when you have greater than 30% of eligible voters that don’t vote?

That shows a general lack of understanding Luntz's part, since aside from WI and IA, the polling averages were generally quite accurate in 2016. https://www.aapor.org/Education-Resources/Reports/An-Evaluation-of-2016-Election-Polls-in-the-U-S.aspx …

I think there will be a major loss of credibility if either Trump wins or Biden wins with a landslide- neither of which has been indicated in polls for months.

No. Polls are just as much a type of entertainment as anything. Plus by this logic shouldn’t economists and weatherman have been canned a long time ago

Great. Now have Frank explain how flipping a coin ten times might give you heads exactly once. Or, how the 1980 USA Hockey Team beat Russia. If polling is "done," statistics as a branch of math may as well not exist. P.S. nice to know you're still out there Larry 😀

Idk why @FrankLuntz seems surprised his audience after the debate begrudgingly but OVERWHELMINGLY said they were going with Trump 🤷🏼‍♀️
